You need to call ahead to reserve your injeras. They generally get them around 1030 in the morning. Types are white teff, brown teff, teff mixed with barley 8020 and mixed one with self rising flour not sour in taste

Our go to Ethiopian supermarket for all of our needs! Injera is good, got Ambo mineral water, also all sorts of spices and condiments etc... they also have some snacks like sambusa not samosa! I find them to be different!, ambasha, baklava, dabo kolo... the list goes on!
